Weather is cold but it was an enthusiastic lot turned out to hear Greg Bourk give his talk on "Plant Photography". I am a "point and shoot" person but the slides Greg showed with just a little imagination even a novice like myself could have better photos without the need for more expensive equipment. We learnt that puting your finger near the plant while holding down the shutter button can give the camera more time to get a better focus (when taking macro). There were so many interesting small points that helped we are hoping Greg will repeat this demonstration at another time.

This is the time to be cleaning up your plants while they are in dormancy or having a quiet time in their growth.
